Privacy policy
What happens to your files and data when you use Wonderslide Tools.
Your files
- We use an uploaded file only to perform the conversion you requested.
- The uploaded file is deleted as soon as the conversion finishes. The converted file is deleted after 60 minutes.
- Nobody looks at the content of your files. We don’t use them to train models and don’t share them with anyone.
- We don’t store file names.
No account
The tools work without registration. We don’t ask for your name, email or phone number.
Data we keep
To keep the service free and protect it from abuse, we limit how many conversions one visitor can run. For this we use your IP address and a device cookie. We don’t store the IP address itself: we keep only a one-way hash of it together with a record of the conversion — the tool, file size, number of pages, status and time. These records are deleted after 30 days.
Cookies
- wt_device identifies your browser for usage limits. It is kept for one year.
- csrftoken protects the upload form from requests made by other websites.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may set cookies to measure visits and clicks on the tool pages.
Bot protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that uploads come from people. Cloudflare processes technical data from your browser for this check under its own privacy policy.
Logs
Our server logs contain request and conversion identifiers and statuses. They don’t contain file names or file contents.
