How it works
-
Upload a PPTX
Drop a presentation onto the page or choose one from your device.
-
We render it
The same engine that draws slides in Wonderslide turns every slide into a PDF page.
-
Download the PDF
Share it, print it or attach it to an email. The file is deleted from our servers within an hour.
What you get
- One page for every slide, in the slide’s own proportions.
- Text stays text: you can select it, copy it and search the PDF.
- Hidden slides are left out, the same as in a slideshow.
- Speaker notes aren’t included.
- Animations and transitions don’t carry over, and videos show a still frame: a PDF can’t play them.
- If a font isn’t embedded in the presentation and we don’t have it, a similar one is used. Embed fonts when saving in PowerPoint to keep them exact.
Questions and answers
Is the PowerPoint to PDF converter free?
Yes. No sign-up, no email and no watermark.
Will the PDF look like my presentation?
Yes. Every slide is rendered with its layout, colors, pictures and charts. Only things a PDF can’t hold, such as animations and video playback, are left behind.
Can I convert an old .ppt file?
Not yet. Open it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides, save it as .pptx and upload that.
What happens to my files?
The presentation is deleted as soon as the conversion finishes, and the PDF is deleted after 60 minutes. Nobody looks at the content of your files.
Is there a size limit?
Yes, 50 MB and 100 slides per file. Split larger presentations before converting.
Can I convert a password-protected presentation?
Not yet. Remove the password in PowerPoint first, then upload the file.
